Mount your own cloud or on-premises file share, and pick source files from it, avoiding expensive and error-prone manual uploads from the browser. Specify an Application ID and a Sequence Number to generate the required .tar.gz file, using FDA-compatible formatting and path names

What type of submissions can I make?
Any type of submission, as long as your source (mounted file share) contains the files to include - under a suitable directory structure.
What type of files can I add to my submission?
Any type of file, regardless of extension or content; as long as it can be placed into your file share
To what centers can I submit?
To any center that supports header-based routing
How large can my submission be?
The gateway has been tested up to 100GB, but size is virtually unlimited - as much space as you can provision
Will I have to keep my computer running, to complete the submission?
No. Unlike WebTrader, AS2 through the gateway works asynchronously - so you can enqueue a submission request and sign off.
How will I know whether the submission is complete or failed, what ACK levels were received, and when?
Gateway will automatically notify you over email about each ACK, as it arrives. Or if the submission ends up failed, your team will receive an email notification immediately. You will also be able to track the real-time status of the submission and ACKs, through a dedicated dashboard.
How can I move or back up and recover my submission data and ACKs?
Gateway stores information about each submission and ACKs in its database, and their content in a separate filesystem location or file share. You can back up or transfer the database (and optionally the content storage folder) into any other location or a backup system, and re-launch the application from there to access everything again.

You can send/receive up to 10 MB of data per message, including up to 10 attachments.

All amounts are in USD

There will be no additional fee for package upgrades/ downgrades.

Data Retention

  • All messages sent and received through the system will be retained for:
    • 60 days - when SFTP, S3 or API integration is enabled
      • When SFTP is enabled, files replicated to the SFTP server will be retained for 48 hours
    • 180 days - if SFTP, S3 or API integrations are not enabled
  • All Operational data (audit logs) will be retained for a period of 180 days.

Subscribers may request enhancements to the above limits where required. Aayu will consider requests on a case by case basis, and may approve such requests at its sole discretion
